I am vexing to get the jack out of the back of my car but it seems to be stuck. It has a metal plate holding it in place on the top and bottom. I cannot slide it to the side and when i try to wrench off it the metal groans. I don't want to break anything.
you have to annul the jack like you contract it from its place. only this way would release the pressure and would allow you to collar it out. use a wrench or screwdriver to "lower" close the jack.
